The Khorab Lodge is a cool oasis on the way to the northern part of Namibia. Here you will experience a relaxed, personalized and familiarized atmosphere after a long journey.
Startegically situated 4 km south of Otavi on the B1, the lodge is a convenient stopover for travellers to and from key destinations such as Etosha National Park and the Caprivi region.
10 spacious thatched bungalows surrounded by a tropical garden invites you for a relaxed stay. The generous double rooms are modern with en-suite bathrooms and a private terrace overlooking the beautifully layed out garden. A popular meeting point in the garden is the big, crystal clear swimming pool. In the cool shade of trees it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy Africa. A fruit cocktail can be served with pleasure to fulfill the atmosphere.
In the kitchen the most important aim is good quality and freshness. A big part of the fruit and vegetable used is harvested daily from the farm.
Lunch and Dinner is served daily in the 'a la Carte Restaurant serving African, Mediterranean and vegetarian dishes plus delicious deserts or enjoy a Candlelight Dinner on the open terrace with an African fire in the open fireplace.
After relaxing around the pool bar with a Sundowner, enjoy excellent cuisine such as buffets, or an a la carte menu in the thatched Lapa. Special Barbecues and Lunches can be organised for groups on request.
